2. Products & Services

Style Africa Paving & Cladding (PTY) Ltd manufactures and supplies paving bricks, concrete blocks, cladding materials, and related construction products, and offers professional installation and design consultation services.

• Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith and may be subject to change without notice.
• Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change. Quoted prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Bulk orders may attract separate pricing terms as agreed in writing.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Ordering & Payment

Orders may be placed via our website, by telephone, or through our physical premises.

• A deposit may be required to confirm your order. Full payment is required before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods include EFT, credit/debit card, and cash (in-store only).
• Orders are deemed confirmed only upon receipt of payment or written purchase order from approved account holders.
• Invoices must be settled within the agreed payment terms. Late payments may incur interest at the prevailing rate.

4. Delivery

• Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We will not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
• Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the specified address.
• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure adequate access and offloading facilities at the delivery site.
• Delivery charges apply and will be quoted separately based on location and order size.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Claims for damaged or incorrect goods must be lodged within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
• Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects only. Products damaged due to incorrect installation or handling are not eligible for return.
• Custom or special-order products are non-refundable once production commences.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website ” including text, images, logos, product designs, and branding ” is the intellectual property of Style Africa Paving & Cladding (PTY) Ltd and is protected under applicable South African law.

• Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

• Our liability to any customer shall not exceed the value of the specific order in dispute.
